It Me!

Hi, I’m Whitney. It’s been a minute since I introduced myself.

I’ll start by being super vulnerable.

I’ve dreamed of being a writer since I was a child. I’ve repressed this dream for almost 20 years- ever since I didn’t get into a grad-school writing program at my alma-mater, and then my first article for a publication got initially accepted and then rejected. I’ve dabbled here and there - getting published with @scarymommy several years ago, and once in Thrive Global as well. That's the extent of my published words, and I have an insatiable desire for more, yet struggle to get started.

I am also a teacher and guide of the Enneagram and Quantum Energy. Some would call me a coach. I don’t really care what the title is, I’m here to help and what I offer is connection and self-discovery for those who are ready to show up and do the work, and it’s really really good. I’m proud of my work and my journey. I’m proud of my clients and students who are working hard to live their most authentic lives and rediscover what makes them feel alive. The people I’ve worked and connected with are all nothing short of amazing.

I have these incredible IGLive series- The Enneagram Mom Interviews (concluded in Dec. 2020) and The Enneagram Entrepreneur Interviews (every Monday at noon EST). My mission is to give people a space to share their stories in the context of the Enneagram and what their lives look like. I love when people feel seen and heard and it’s an honor to facilitate a space for that. It gives me life.

I have 3 kids: 8, 6 and 1. Bookend girls and a sweet middle son. Been married for almost 10 years.

I practice law a few hours a week, and have had an extensive career in corporate sales.

I’m learning my lessons and building my tools along-side everyone. I like leading in the arena (as Teddy Roosevelt and Patron Saint Brene Brown would say) as an equal and in my capacity to serve.

I have wisdom and a lot to learn. May this never change.

If you’re visiting my site, I want you to know these things about me.

Curious. What are the dreams you repressed because of rejection? Can we promise each other to bring those dreams back to life? Let’s do this.
